limited liability company owned by AllHealth, which is a subsidiary of the
Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC), and MB Management, LLC. The
purpose of PDS is to support the hospital community with revenue and
reimbursement analysis. These analyses help the hospitals better understand the
marketplace for hospital services and support the hospital's strategic
financial planning processes.
